This was something really annoying in one of my games. I tried to make this mod myself, but couldn't find the modifier location. Thank you for doing it for all of us.

I believe so, yes. Looking through his mods I don't see anything that edits the same XML(s) but I may be overlooking something.
We can't all be ninjas but it doesn't take much to be a pirate.
