I've always wanted to build a "starter home" but, every time I started one it ended up way over the 20K limit... until NOW! Woot! I did it


This sweet little starter home has everything you need to... well - start! All the basic furniture is there; including phone, fridge, range, dishwasher, fire alarm, burglar alarm, and alarm clock.


The driveway is prepped and ready - but, you will need to add the actual driveway piece. (Too expensive to include in a starter!)


PLUS - There is ample room for improvements. Like adding a pool, a garden, or swing-set/play area in back.

A side-note for interested investors -
I made this lot with the aide of Numenor's AGS (what a wonderful tool!) It needs NL, OFB, SSN and BV installed in order to work properly. I used absolutly NO custom content. When I put this in my 'Real' game I immediately invisified the alarms and added (then invisified) a driveway. Then I added tire tracks to the driveway with terrain paint ;-)
