Apartments for Downtown! 2 Maxis lots converted to apartments

Remember those ugly townhouses in Downtown that you never used because they were so gross-looking? Well, I re-did them! Here are the first two lots in my Apartments for Downtown series: 103 and 105 Custer Boulevard!



103 is on the left and 105 is on the right. Both lots have the same layout, just a different color scheme/decorations.

In the back, there's a small fenced-off area with enough room for a small garden or a grill with a couple of tables.

The only CC used were the dining tables and the keyboard. There's also an invisible fence around the stairs in the backyard to allow for valid apartment zoning. You can find the fence here.
