Ground Floor
Esme who I made the first High Street for, requested another lot. This time she asked for a cinema with a toy shop and a chocolate/sweet shop. I decided to make it so it would sit nicely next to the other one with the same size, paving, outdoor lights and back garden areas. This was made to be mac friendly. This lot does use some cc but you will need to get that seperatly. Esme wanted this lot to be owned, so there are staff rooms in both shops. You may want to replace the cinema's cash registers with fake registers.
*While the lot shows ceilings this is only for the photos, the actual lot file is from Seasons which is pre-ceilings.
The main feature is the Universal Cinema. An older cinema, your sim will be swept into bygone days as they enter the lobby.
The Toy Barn opens to the left and is a traditional toy shop selling wooden posting boxes, swings and crafted toys.
The outdoor play section objects including the 'sand pit' can be swapped out for the outdoor crafted toys off the toy workbench.
To the right is the chocolate/sweet shop
Outside is a coffee stand, Season's wishing well and seating.
CC Needed but not included
If you want the lot to look like it does here some cc is needed.

The cinema uses the Movie Screen which I recommend as I made the roof taller to accommodate this particular screen.
I also used the Old Grand Theater marquee and the Drinks At The Theater which is a bar.
To keep the red Maxis Match Euro stairs upstairs in the theatre, you will need this open set by tbudgett, found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=307970 This is installed using the Scriptorium.
To have angled walls on the side of the stairs you will need the Stair Well Fix by JRW found here: http://modthesims.info/d/403889
If you install these before installing the lot, the lot should show up with it's cc in place.
