An apartment building with 4 flats - two one-room apartments with a low rent, and two two-story ones with one bedroom each. Each apartment is differently funished and decorated - I'm actually quite proud of how I set them up. They were all separately playtested, and are fully navigatable. The name of the building comes from its colorful balconies - they looked really cute at night, when they were lit up, but then it turned out the lights disappeared as neighbors moved in, so. Nobody's perfect. The rent ranges from a little less than 1000$ for the studio apartments and a bit over 1500$ for the two-story ones. All flats have phone,s but only one has a sprinkler, and none have a burglar alarm.

The apartment with a Murphy bed, while it looks cramped, works very well - you only have to close the bed, accessible from both sides, to use the bookcase and wardrobe, and have some space for dancing. Sims can watch the tv while lying on the bed.

Downstairs facilities include gym equipment, social games, snack machines, a computer, and a pool. There is no kids' corner, since the apartments weren't designed for sims with children.

To rent a furnished apartment, you must use a cheat:
1. Open cheatbox and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true.
2. Press the shit key and hold it down while right-clicking on the door of the apartment you want to rent.
3. Choose "rent furnished apartment". All the furniture and deco will appear and be yours to move around/sell.
4. You can now turn the cheat off, by typing boolprop testingcheatsenabled false.

Otherwise you will only be able to rent them unfurnished, save for kitchen fixtures and bathroom facilities.

While there's no cc necessary, you will need the Color Enable Package by Numenor for the window frames to be white; otherwise they will revert to red, which doesn't look *too* bad, but wasn't the intended look.

Flat edges, shrunk with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster. While the pictures show a residential lot inbox, the lot was rezoned into an apartment before being packaged.

Lot Size: 2x1
