Beautiful and modern house for your cool sims. This house have three bedroom (one with two beds), one study, kitchen, big living room, three bathroom (one in ground floor) and gym.

In the exterior, you can make very things. You have space garden for gardeners sims, swimming pool, relax area and separate area for trash in entry.

IMPORTANT:

1. If you find the farm in the gallery, so please look for it and build it again, you will find it ;-).

2. You need some CC (but is not necessary for playing, unless you want to see the outside like download wood wall by simenapule). More details down for download.
