A block of 4 fully decorated luxury apartments ready to place in your Neighborhood.

Please note, I have selected all the EPs & SPs because I have them all but it is unlikely that all are compulsory for this lot. Just make sure you have access to all the items you can see in the photos. The only piece of custom content is a TV.

The 1st apartment has a red color scheme, the 2nd is blue, 3rd is cream and 4th is black & white.
All the apartments have exactly the same layout and almost exactly the same furniture - all that differs is color.

There is a reasonably-sized living area at the front right and at the front left, a reasonably-sized modern kitchen.
In the open space there is also a dining table and a desk.
There is a large bathroom fitted with both a shower and a bath.
And, at the back, is a fairly large bedroom with a double bed.
At the back, there is a back door leading to the small garden space with room for new items, fitted with a hot tub.
