The Singleton's is a nightclub /cocktail bar in Downtown Vinewood, Los Santos, the GTA 5 version of Los Angeles. For the GTA 5 protagonist characters, the interior is inaccessible, although they can choose it as a location for a group hangout, our camera never goes in. And that is very fortunate for me because it gives me a free hand to create the interior by my own imagination in Sims 3, at the same time trying to recreate the exterior as precisely as I can.

The pre-made EA Showtime venues in Sims 3 look all new, clean and shiny, but we mustn't believe that all venues in TS3 must look like that. Building the Singleton's has been a great opportunity for me to make a not-so-clean, not shiny, a bit run-down and dubious, perhaps even not-so-legal establishment (but of course it must be attracting enough not to appall the potential Vinewood celebrity guests). I set it to be a Live Show Venue (Showtime EP), and it consists of two main parts: a bar with a showtime stage; and a separated DJ club with dance floor.

The lot could be used especially for performing gigs (building magician, acrobat or singer career), or learning and practicing the hidden DJ skill (Showtime EP) if one wants to have a moonlighting DJ sim in town. But I use it for dating, too, particularly for my rebellious type sims - there is a discreet and not very clean bedroom at the back; what is more outrageous, there are some doses of "Sands of understanding" (World Adventures EP) here and there on the lot, of course most of them can be found in the restroom (check even inside the toilet stall!).

PLAYTEST: I playtested this lot in three different neighborhoods and haven't found any building-related or routing issues. (The only exception maybe is the mirror-obsessed Proprietor who is dedicated to check his/her face in each mirrors on the lot, but of course, some of the mirrors are inaccessible for him/her). The venue will generate a Mixologist and a Proprietor NPC on the first day, and within a sim-week or two the first SimFest will be announced, although it may vary, how much time it takes till the first SimFest (the neighborhood may need to generate performer NPCs and it takes time). - If you enter the venue for the first time in Live mode, you must turn on and set the gobos manually. It may happen (but perhaps only in my game) that the music can't be heard from the stereos, but a disable/enable toggle solves it.

Of course if you hate Showtime venues and SimFests, you can throw out the stage and the audience tables, and re-set the lot to be a Late Night club - however, be warned, I haven't playtested this scenario.

No CC and no spawners on the lot, requires Word Adventures, Late Night, Ambitions, Generations, Seasons, Showtime, University Life and Island Paradise. Opening hours: 10.00 - 3.00

Lot Size: 40x40
Lot Price (furnished): 162,700
Lot Price (unfurnished): 48,580
