The art club has two buildings, a club house and a studio for students to paint.

The Art Studio
The house has a kitchen (they have to make food themselves); a bar, two bathrooms with showers, a computer to blog about art and a bookcase, of course. There is also a flower station and a pottery wheel.
The studio has a number of easels for paintings.
At the back, the club has a small art exhibit for your students to view, admire (or laugh at

A copy of this lot was tested in a different hood and it worked well.
It sits right next to my Green Club in my custom uni hood:

I have UC - so you will need all expansion and stuff packs.
And I shrunk the lot with the Lot Adjustor.
Again, I had a lot of fun building it - so I hope some of you will have fun playing it. It should work fine as a community lot outside Uni too.
