A general warning, if you have a slow computer and alot of DL's in your game, you will most likely run into big time lag with this one.
A while back I wanted to challenge myself in a big way and build a large manor house on the largest lot and have it cc free.
It came out nice, my building/decorating skills were not great, but I was still happy with what I had done. After giving it a bit of a facelift I really like it! My favourite parts are the Great Room and the Staircase.
This colossus has:
7 Bedrooms (Grand Master Downstairs, 6 upstairs)
6 Bathrooms(2 downstairs, a mega bathroom for the Grand Master, 4 upstairs)

This is a house for a very spoilt Sim family.
It cost just over half a Mill, coming in as the most expensive house Ive ever built.
I have not put alot of decoration in the upstairs rooms, it was starting to lag on my game.
If you have messy sims I reckon the services of a butler and gardner are required!
