Venton Legacy

I am just an average Simmer who fully enjoys the game for the unlimited options of building dream houses.
This 3 story home is what I am currently using mid-way through my Legacy. It's a great looking home with all the premium upgrades from granite counter tops to his/her baths and too a beautiful in ground pool with surrounding outdoor entertainment. The contemporary feel comes inside out with a combo slate rock w/ neutral siding and simple greenery.
This home is completely move in ready!


First level:
- 3 car garage
- Large kitchen w/ upgrades
- Family dining room for 6+
- First floor half bath
- In ground pool w/ BBQ patio
- Large family room
- Outdoor fire pit

Second level:
- Master suite w/ private full bath
- Office nook
- 2 bedrooms w/ private full bath
- 1 child/nursery bedroom
- 2nd story pool deck access

Third level:
- Storage space
- 2nd family room
- 2nd Master suite bedroom w/ private full bath


Note:
There is no current residents w/ this house. I had to delete them to have a smaller file size.
There is no CC with this home. It's mostly base game objects/patterns, with few Late Night items.
Game Version 1.69
The house looks great w/ or w/o the third story, I just needed it as the family expanded. You could always delete the walls and throw the roof over and keep it as a two story.

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
