All the equipment you need is collected in one convenient lot, along with beds and a kitchenette. You have a small garden that grows the ingredients for your serums and a completely-upgraded rocket ship. You never need to go home again! Spend your precious time with other like-minded know-it-alls. Let the breakthroughs commence! (Lot is set up as a Library so it's usable as a Club hangout.)
