Update 13/12/16: 99boxster requested a base game version, so here you have it. Is similar to the previous just change some furniture. Photos and installation instructions for the package / library file in the download.

This small house, based on a flat, I built it thinking of a holiday home for his sims, is small and comfortable, a lot of 10x15 can be placed anywhere you like and it is not expensive.
Some things were moved with debugenabler; The chairs have been rotated with debugenabled and are fully functional. I tested it in my game.
According to this tutorial (thanks for the tutorial) the debugenabled does not need to be installed so that changes in height or rotation appear in your game or are usable, but if you move the objects will return to their original site.
This is
the attempt of a Christmas tree haha hope you like it.
