Emerald Acres is a 3 bedroom 3 bath house with a small laundry room, kitchen with breakfast nook a swing set in the back for the kids and a barbecue area. It's furnished for 6 sims but you could hold more.O

house was play tested by a couple friends of mine and everything works.

I set it up for a cat and dog but it can easily be changed for your needs

I didn't add a basement this time because I was trying to keep it more affordable this time

Just a side note again the lighting is a little weird in the garage because I used constrain floor elevation to attach the garage to the house but again it shouldn't affect anything.
