This house came with Pets and is usually the home of Tara Kat. It has a second floor (without floor), but this space can not be used.
I wanted to change this without changing the house too much, and that became a fight with the roof.
Now the resulting house is suitable for up to four persons. However, the upper floor still needs to be furnished.

I hope Tara (or other Sims) can live well in this home.

Attention:
This is not a new lot!
Formerly inhabited lots can corrupt other people's games, if they have not been properly cleaned.
Because previously Tara Kat lived on the lot, I had to clean it of sim references with SimPE.
Furthermore I used Simsample's tutorial: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=190652 and therefore also the Clean Installer.
