@kaligi Hey there! Sorry for the late reply, this year has been a very bad year for me.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to update that mod. The mod you have linked is a core/script mod and that is above my skill level. It's possible that I might be able to create something similar by changing the in-game code but I can't say for sure that it would work.

@AWESOMEGAMER I take pretty good care of my simmies too but I do like the idea of the possibility of them accidentally dying

Does the new mod update also include the death of infants? And if not, is it possible to add this to the game for more realistic gameplay?

@AlexWolf. At the time it does not have infant death. It's possible it could be added in a future update but I can't say for sure at this time.. 🙂
