Lindsey's Log Mansion

Because why should Lincoln have all the fun?

Hi everyone! I'm back again with another log home for your Sims! Lately I have transformed the upper-class part of Sunset Valley where the Landgrabbs and Altos live into a forested cabin community. All the homes are now large log mansions with that nice pond park in the middle. I then surrounded the area with lots of trees in Edit Town mode.

Today I am delivering the second log home in this new space! It is the neighboring home to Lincoln's Log Mansion, and is called Lindsey's Log Mansion. Creative title I know lol. This is a smaller, though just as homely, log home with three large bedrooms, five bathrooms, and unlike Lincoln's house, a large outdoor swimming pool! This home also includes an attached garage with a big overhead attic that can be turned into anything you want, lots of wilderness inspired décor, and plenty of open backyard space. The basement of this home is relatively small, but does include a second kitchen, small sitting space, and a bathroom.

The layout is as follows:

- Great Room
- Kitchen
- Breakfast nook
- Laundry room
-Two car garage
- Guest bedroom
- Two bathrooms
- Dining space

- Master bedroom
- Three bathrooms
- Bunk bed guest room
- Attic

- Second kitchen
- Sitting lounge
- One bathroom

I really hope you enjoy this and my other log homes and if you wish, you can start your own log house community in your games! Happy Simming!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Not sure I should support this deforestation of Sunset Valley, but this is another nice house I'd like to live in.
