Technical points:
  • CC free
  • Game version: 1.67
  • To note: the cover image is photoshopped for 'roleplay' purposes, giving it that glossy real estate vibe to fit with the above teaser. Please see image two for the in-game, unedited version.
  • I used cheats in order to build the garage (next to the foundation): ConstrainFloorElevation false. Should be fine if you don't edit the garage. I also used slight trickery, though no cheats, for building the basement within the foundations. Again, should be fine. PM me if not.
  • Whilst Generations is listed as a required EP, I only used one item from the pack: the front door. This build is pretty much base game compatible if you replace the front door.
  • The basement can be easily blocked off: just delete the stairs and fill in with foundation.
  • Property is furnished with necessities: fully decorated bathrooms, kitchen (minus fridge); there are no beds. I really enjoy when people bring their own personalities to interiors and make it suit their sims.
  • 30x20 lot (may have to place a suitable lot size in world editor. It's a preset size.
