a large-but-not-crazy retro modern home suitable for a decently-sized, decently-heeled family. bedrooms are a master suite, a kid/teen room, and a nursery, but the study can be converted into a fourth bedroom if extra space is needed. built mostly for the pretty seaside lots on the windenberg island, but 70s moderns can go anywhere they (and you) please.
