Many thanks guys.
@lientebollemeis, I was actually originally planning on three bedrooms upstairs but ended up just doing two. But if you have a larger family, one thing you could do is convert the current upstairs bathroom to another bedroom and then add a bathroom to where the current upstairs living room is. I could show you plans for this set-up too if you like.

Thank you. That's a good idea to make it 3 bedrooms that way.
I'll take a look at it in game how I am just going to convert it.
But showing plans could make it easier and quicker.

That's weird. I don't even have the sims 3 installed so i can assure you it is not a sims 3 pack zip file.

I like your choice of brick and bright colors and the open floor plan. I can see that it would be easy to adjust this house to what ever size my SIMS may need. Hey if you see George tell him to leave Harry alone, plus he owes me 10 simolions too.
