There's a lot to say about Hailie, but if nothing else you should know she's incisive and clear-headed. Of course she's also leaderly, relaxed and romantic, but in smaller doses and they're often spoiled by habits of being sly as well.
Her incisive nature though, this is what she's pretty much known for. Friends tend to count on this and her resourcefulness when they're in need of support.
Nobody's perfect of course and Hailie has plenty of lesser desired aspects too. Her destructive nature and petty nature sour the mood many a time and could ruin plenty of evenings.
Fortunately her clear-headedness shines brighter on most days.
