Siamese Twin Sims

I wonder if mods that allow siamese twins are mod-a-bib-le without causing too many errors. You guys know, right?

There are no mods for siamese twin sims. You can't stick one sim to another in any way. One could potentially make a body mesh that has a second body attached but it would never look or animate right or be anything except purely non-functional.
