WCIF Traffic Lights

This one has been annoying me for ages..
Does anyone know where I can find this traffic light?
(I cant add pictures.. eugh)

So Its on tter 's picture on MTS2 for his road markings and lots of people are asking for it in the comments but he has only replied in a couple :eviltongu

Or if not, anybody know of any traffic lights except the yellow one at MTS2 by darlmarkloc and one on TSR? (No picture sorry) :duck:

It looks like tter is PMing people telling them where to get it. Have you tried messaging him/her? (I looked for it, no luck yet.)

The one i have is from TSR (pay) but im sure i got it at the booty, it looks quite good in game.
