The second picture's outfit is from the Sims2Store, ArtNouveaulicious selection
The third hair is a peggy hair, but the recolour is GoS.
Not sure about the first hair, although I have it in my game...i'll check for you

For the defaut makeup, search MTS2 for "bruno" there are at least 2 default bruno makeup sets there, but not done by bruno.

There is also default makeup on corvidophile's site. I can't remember what it's called at the moment, try googling corvidophile and dermalicious, you should find it.

Yea, Simone's hair is by the amazing MaxisDreams site, which was linked to by HumbleBumble, and that outfit in Beeps' picture is from the sims2store (Chonkers got there first!)
I know that EvilCatofGenious (if that is the right spelling XD) has some very good replacements of the good old' maxis makeup, on MTS2. IIRC someone else also has some replacements in the same style.. phaenoh? Maybe *shrugs* :lol:
Mercove has some good maxis-inspired makeups, to add to your collection :D

Not sure about some replacement makeup, (and I'm posting a little late.. >.>) but I know Rensim has a lot of default replacements such as eyes and I believe some makeup sets, I haven't looked for makeup on there. But it's worth a try. :)
