What is the meaning of this and that in simPE

I've been seeing a lot of words that I don't know what they control in simPe in the BCON area mainly. Here are some, I need answers for:

Ticks (usually it says per increment)
Tile
Placeholder
Delta
Marker
Inc
Dec
Niceness
STA
LTA
Volleys

There are more, I'll add them when I think of them, and after I find out what these do.

Each BCON is specific to its self. Where labels have been provided by contributors to the SimPE project, usually they have simple read them out of a file originally created by EA - which itself has no explanation of meaning.

So basically, if the labels are not obvious, you can only work it out by looking at how each BCON is used in the BHAVs

Delta normally means "difference between two numbers". Inc normally means "Increment (amount to add)", Dec "Decrement (amount to subtract). STA and LTA are often used as "Short Term Aspiration" and "Lifetime Aspiration" respectively. But as Inge said, it all depends on how they are used.
