Converting Objects from the Sims 3 into the Sims 2?

Hello there,
I don't really care for the Sims 3 much, but some of the objects would make great decoration in my Sims 2 game. Is it possible to convert objects from the Sims 3 into the Sims 2? If so, how might I go about doing this?

You can convert from TS3 to TS2. Tutorials:TS3_Meshing_Tutorials will get you started on how to clone TS3 objects and get the mesh. And then you will want to follow one of the Tutorials:Object_Creation_Tutorials for TS2.

If there is anything in particular you wanted I would recommend going to WCIF (http:/www.modthesims.info/fd.php?f=556) first to see if it has been done. There are quite a few conversion done and no sense reinventing the wheel.
