Did not get Achievement?

Am I missing something? My first sim was uploaded about 12 hours ago (I think) and I still haven't gotten my achievements for first upload and made a sim. Do I need to request these? Does it take even MORE time? Again, am I missing something?

We allocate achievements sometime in the middle of the night server time, which usually works out to about 4am CET.
