Clear the door keys for dormies, so that they can move to a new dorm. Two options:

1) Only clear door keys when the dorm no longer exists.
2) Clear all door keys, to allow a complete reshuffling of dormies.

Note: this is an easy fix via SimPE, but tedious. The only need for a program is to remove the tedium of checking every single dorm instance number and every single young adult townie memory.
