Well, to count as killing, your sim needs to be on the same lot as a sim dying of unnatural causes. If you have Awesomemod, for example, ctrl-shift-clicking brings up the option to kill sims by different means. I use what Twallan also recommends: Dexter the Bear (http://www.modthesims.info/d/372599). C:
