When I download I get this No cookies found! No valid MTS login could be found. Please note that you must be logged into MTS to use this server. Reasons for this not working are: .If you are logged in, then make sure you aren't using any kind of cookie blocker, like Norton Internet Security. .ry allowing "modthesims.info" in your security software for cookies. .MAKE SURE you have ticked the "Remember Me" option when logging in. If you do not, then you will not be able to download. Any Help Thanks |

And have you done all that? Have you checked that you aren't using a cookie blocker and that you allow cookies from modthesims.info, and did you tick "remember me" when you logged in? There are also more detailed instructions for solving the problem here. |

I don't make things for The Sims 3, I don't have The Sims 3 and I'm not getting The Sims 3. Period.

I'm having the same issue. I've added the site to my allowed cookies, have checked the appropriate box, tell my browser (Firefox) to remember my password, and still... nothing. When I try to download, I get the cookies error message. And I'm usually logged out when I go back to the previous page (from the error page) - but not always. I've tried using Internet Explorer, and was able to download the file I was after. Could just be an issue with Firefox (or MY Firefox at least), but as its my primary browser, I'd like to be able to use it to access the downloads. |

If yu're getting logged out at random, you have some corrupted cookies. Log out, delete the MTS cookies, restart your browser and try again. Also remember that the exception list needs to contain *.modthesims.info, not www.modthesims.info |

Just a suggestion, check you have the latest version of Firefox and update if necessary, and as said above deleting the cookies may help. If none of that works try removing Firefox from your computer then re-installing it. (If you do this make sure you back-up your bookmarks first). |

when i try to download something, i get this message: you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: If you are trying to access a download, it may have been removed by the Creator or by the Staff for policy violations or a number of other reasons. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? I'm having the same issue with Google Chrome. So the browser isn't the problem. |

Well - it's a browser problem, but not in the sense of "browser x has a bug". This is just one of those things that happens sometimes with all browsers, and fixing your settings and/or clearing corrupt cookies will fix it regardless of browser. (The exception to the above, of course, is if the problem is caused by an internet security program) |
