Very pretty, but a bit glitchy in my game, one fireplace on the second floor makes my game crash. =/ but it's a lovely layout and very liveable, thanks.

By far my favourite for my uni Sims! I prefer single-storey units but if it has more than one, I prefer each floor to have one particular function (example: First floor - living room, kitchen, Second floor - bedroom, Third floor: Study).

It took years for me to notice that Acadime Le Tour had absolutely NO Greek Houses on campus at all...I usually linked Sim State University to the neighborhoods I played. First time linking Academe in, I thought I'd have to build them from scratch! Thanks.

Thanks for this! I want to add a Greek house to Academie Le Tour and didn't want to build it myself.
