Default Programs, Tools, etc.
this thread is about which programs/tools/etc we use/used with this game.

ones I somewhat frequently use::
- Body Shop (shipped version).
- Home Crafter (from main site).
- Content Manager (from main site).
- Download Organizer (from this site).
- AnyGameStarter (from this site).
- Clean Installer (from its site).
- SimPE (from its site).
- Wardrobe Wrangler (I do not remember from where).
- Sim City 4 (more specifically Deluxe Edition).

used SeeThem2. and kind of looked into NPC Replacer.
I do not remember where I got those.

edit:: also used Lot Adjuster from this site.

Aside from EA things like Homecrafter and BodyShop (UGH!), I regularly use SimPE, the Compressorizer, the Clean Installer, the Wardrobe Wrangler, and the Lot Adjuster.

I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.

Bodyshop, SimPE, the Compressorizer, the Clean Installer, the Wardrobe Wrangler, occasionally Home Crafter, Cat's Hair Binner, and possibly a few more.

I also use meshing programs (mostly 3Dmax and Milkshape on my stationary. Wings3D for texturing projects on my laptop, because it refuses to run the two others. Trying to learn Blender, but I don't like the interface or controls much) and Photoshop, plus Gimp (on rare occasions), and Gadwin Printscreen for taking pictures.

In addition I use TSRW, S3PE, S4PE and Sims4Studio, plus a few other programs, for converting stuff to TS2.

Compressorizer and Clean Installer constantly. Sim PE and Hoodchecker often. Lot Adjuster frequently. Occasionally, Body Shop, Grid Adjuster and Delphy's Download Organizer.

Thanks to ALL free-site creators, admins and mods.

Hoodchecker. Every time I play. SimPE somewhat less option. HoodReplace and Lot Adjuster occasionally.

SimPE occasionally (mostly to check things because games fascinate me), Hoodchecker even less (I'm lazy), and Clean Installer.

SimPE and HoodChecker definitely. I can't use Clean Installer unfortunately (my computer just doesn't like it). HoodReplace is going to be used any day now.

I never knew HomeCrafter existed until recently. But I've doing good so far so... *shrugs*

Let's see, I use:
  • The Compressorizer
  • SimPE
  • Sim Tracker
  • Clean Installer
  • HoodChecker

...and I think that's about it. I use Irfanview for screenshots, and Sims 2 Randomizer is on my list to get since my fave site for random aspirations shut down.

somewhat frequently use this site's Body Shop Mechanic with Body Shop.

with Body Shop and Home Crafter; I use these::
- Paint (already installed with Windows).
- IrfanView ; mainly to convert multiple files.
- Gimp (version 2.6.1); got it installed a few days ago; mainly using it for transparent stuff. 2.6 because most recent version (2.8) cannot be installed.
