Both me and dh have it and son just got over it. I had 3/4 of an apple for breakfast. I told the kids to eat cereal They are old enough to fend for themselves. I was nibbling crackers and raspberry cordial (don't think the US has cordial...) last night. We use to give sick calves raspberry cordial. Still threw it all up at 1am blarg. I seem to have kept the apple down, so hopefully on the mend.

Of course it's important to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated when sick. I know you know.

Hope you get well soon. I know a bad stomach flu is no fun at all.
