This is a campsite lot that I have lost.

It's a large community lot, at least 60x60 but probably 64x64, It has a large pond in the middle with lots of fish spawners as well as the trailers from Showtime EP. None or very little cc. One the Showtime trailers has a small swimming pool, the other has a few harvestables. It has both the large square tents and the small green tents from WA as well as BBQs and benchs for the sims to use. To the bottom right of the lot is a building with toilets, showers, a shuffleboard (I think that's what it's called) and a NPC till that sells food. It is an incredibly well-made and well designed lot that I would love to find agin.

That sounds like a great community camping lot! I've been doing a little searching but I've had no luck finding one with the SHT trailers. This one is the closest I've found by your description:

It is a great community camping lot and the one you found is really close, but not quite. In the lot I'm looking for, the front of lot has the SHT trailers to the left, parking for sim cars in the centre and the public building (with shuffleboard, toilets, showers and food npc) to the right. Much thanks for trying.

Turns out they're not SHT trailers after all, I'll have to check when I get in-game.
