Maxis. Pepped up a bit but pretty vanilla. Yes, they are cartoonish and "ugly" but I like it so! Extremly customized Sims in Sims 2 creep me out almost as much as the Pudding Sims of Sims 3. Us Maxis sticking folks seem to be in the minority though, I think.

I can't tell "realistic" faces apart and the eyes creep me out. They're not real, they're animations. Let them look like animations!
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.
