Default No Graduation ceremony mod
Hello! I've been looking for a no graduation ceremony mod, since I would rather had the awards/diploma awarded by mail instead of having to be forced to wear robes and go to city hall(what if your world doesn't have city hall?). Is there any mod out there similar to what I've just said, or could someone make a mod?

I have never found a mod for that .. hopefully someone in here will be able to identify one.
This isn't exactly what you are looking for but there are settings in NRaas Retuner to allow you to adjust multiple options and time of day for graduation:
From City Hall or a Computer>NRaas>Retuner>Settings>General>By Tunable XML>Sims3.Gameplay.Careers>School
I've used that one to change the Length of the ceremony: kGraduationLength
For evening graduation:
General > By Tunable XML > Sims3.Gameplay.Careers > School
kGraduationLength = 90
kHourToHoldGraduation = 20
