TS14 and TS15 have this problem. You see, while the game includes major landmarks, like the Empire State, Gherkin, etc., it distincly lacks 1WTC. Being a boy who wishes to work in that building, I feel offended that the 1,776ft high 1WTC, the tallest building in the Wester Hemisphere, is not portrayed in the Train Simulator main menu. I mean, c'moj! If the twin towers didn't collapse, they'd be on the main menu, right?
