Default help.what is the cep and do i need it?
not sure what the CEP is i keep seeing but do i need it and where do i get it?

You need it to enable color options (recolors) for some of the EAxis objects, like paintings and other things that don't have recolor options by default.

It also fixes a few things like the OFB windows that comes in a few colours, without the CEP fix you will only see a red recolour.
