Default Werewolf Default Replacement
I've found mods that change certain parts by taking up accessory slots. But I'm trying to find a mod that alters the base game model for the werewolf.
Primarily my problem with the default is the face. It is beast-like, but lacks canine qualities.

I've searched through the posts and I think this specific one hasn't been asked. If I missed one that talks about this I am sorry for that.
Thanks for you time and I hope someone has an answer.

I have this skin and with the basegame sliders I tried to create a wolf-like werewolf, without accessories.

My sim:

Is that what you want?

1. You can download the skin here: http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org...p?topic=29730.0 (registration needed)
2. Here is a link to wolf-face tutorial: http://iomaitutorial.wordpress.com/...s-anthro-skins/
You need to change CAS configurations in Nraas MasterController - Change “Slider Multiple: Facial: from 1 to 10 (not 3 like the tutorial)
3. I used the Tundra skin.
I did not follow the tutorial steps , I tested the sliders and adapted to my taste.

It is in the same line, but I was looking for more of a mesh replacement.
My concern is that the sliders might conflict with mods I'm using.

Regardless thank you for the help, I'll give it a try and see if it works.

You can change the appearance of the wolf-form in CAS. The changes will only appear in werewolf-form. The sliders are basegame (nose, jaw, chin), not custom. I think you will not have problems with other mods.
This is my current game:

There is no default werewolf face mesh in the game. It's rather a whole predefined set of slider settings from which the game chooses one randomly every time a werewolf is created. Changing that should be easy in theory, as it is just numerical values of the regular sliders that are already in-game, the problem is rather to find the file where these numbers are determined and then to know what number corresponds to what slider.

Thanks for clearing that up, in that case it is exactly what I was looking for.

Have been trying the guide but I can't find the ear height slider.

For the numerical values, one could use NRAAS MasterController to see them, create a proper werewolf face in CAS, and write down all the numerical values when they're done with the face. That should probably make it pretty easy. All that's left now is actually finding the file that controls this.

I'd love to have a mod like this too, if it means my townie werewolves actually get to look like werewolves instead of just some kind of beast.

@Magdaleen and @Don Babilon
you are absolutely right getting the numbers for an actually good were-face and then setting them as the default in the game would result in a good werewolf as the new standard, I don't know if it helps but I do have all the numerical values and instructions from the werewolves mentioned/pictured above. If anyone figures out how to edit the were-form default permanently please let us know.
