A cool trenchcoat or hoodie with a green under shirt (like a green shirt under the hoody or trench coat)
big black boots (the link is too long and might get me banned so just look up super smash bros wii u mii brawler ninja and click on the one with the hockey mask to see the boots i want thanks if you find some boots like them or just epic ones)
cool sunglasses (you cant see eyes)
a stetzen
guns you can pose with
doctor who dalek costume
weapons that can kill other sims mods >:3 (i have the axe throwing mod and guns from sim wardrobe is there any others? thanks)
a "i murdered [sim]" memory if possible
a super strenght mod ( a potion it would also be hillarious since your super strong so you could play swing me around with adults XD )

http://simwardrobe.com/ has deadly guns (site uses frames, so I can't give direct link -- click Sims 2, then Objects, then Shooters, and you'll find guns both deadly and non-deadly). Some snazzier reworking of these guns can be found at GoS; my Montys are very fond of some of those, though they've thankfully only used them as disturbing décor so far. No specific memory exists yet, I'm afraid, but the murderer will get the death memory -- and did you know that enemies' deaths are good memories?

Not sure what you mean by a pool on two tiles, you can create any sized pool using the pool tool, or are you meaning a spa pool?
