My sims 3 game has been working quite well for the past couple days until recently so I downloaded the new Crash Log Analyzer by Zoxell. I have also tried taking all of my cc and/or mods out of my game just in case and that does not work. I have read multiple thread all over the internet but i just cant find anything. If anyone could give any feedback that would help I'd be very greatful

This is because the Crash Log Analyzer doesn't know that patch 1.69 uses a different .exe file from 1.67, and therefore can't cope with it.

There have been several recent threads on this issue. I suggest you look through the MTS Sims 3 Help section, found near the top of the Sims 3 discussion section, or post your issue there. Good luck!

I had a little chat with Zoxell about this back-channel a week or two ago. He had no idea that Patch 1.69 uses a different executable and, in many cases, a different file hierarchy within the Program Files thus kicking up the skuversion.txt errors that most users of CLA are seeing along with the "wrong executable" errors. Apparently his update was intended to fix something else with CLA entirely.
He also expressed concern that he may not have time to devote to fixing it further. Hopefully he can or someones else with the required skill set picks up the project.
Clearly the best thing to do is set CLA aside just for now, as it's not really going to analyze anything helpful once this does start happening.

To expand on what Igazor said, the Crash Log Analyzer will not help when it is registering as incorrect executable. You may want to post your game's crash log in the MTS Sims3 Help section. This game can be so frustrating at times.
