Default No More Protests
Is there anyway to end protests permanently? I've responded to the image on the sign (handcuffs, so i added the missing police station and crime building rh rugs) but there are sims still protesting. I can't tell if it's a base game or UL protest but regardless I want protests gone entirely! Anything I can do?

Is it true they are just random and really mean nothing?

Don Babilon made a mod to stop UL NPC protests. That could help a bit already.

However for the Base Game protests that can happen at City Hall on Saturdays and Sundays, I think you'll just have to edit CityHall_0xf4ba6fb4d11e7d47 (XML) in Gameplaydata:

<kChanceOfProtest value="15">
<!--Range 0 - 100: Percent chance a protest will be started.-->
</kChanceOfProtest>
Maybe change this value to 0.

Thank you. I actually just got done removing it. My protest was actually a BG one and I used Nraas's returner for the fix.
