Default Need help with windows 10 and Sims 2.
Hey, so I recently got a windows 10 computer, I have the mods where it is 1080P. But, when I load my game, there's a black screen until I ctrl-tab and then go back, then I have to do that until I set the resolution to another setting and then back to 1920x1080 then it's fine until the next time I load. Is there a fix for this? If it helps I have a NVIDIA GTX 970 4GB.

Look in my signature, and click on "Graphics Rules Maker"

And are you a disc user or an Origin user?

The drop off has been made. You've been warned.

You need the graphic rules fix for your Nvidia card - here: http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=5446 (I know it says it is not for Windows 10, but that is the correct file). Read carefully, both of the files inside the rar has to go into two places.
You may also get the black square - it is fixed with a mod on MTs here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=569585 (or you can turn shadows off).
If you have other problems, please look through the threads, you should find your answers there.

Or, if you're already at the LeeFish site anyway, you could start a new thread in the graphics help section and have Celebkiriedhel help you sort stuff out for the best possible performance of your system.
