About 3-4 minutes to load a game and under a minute for a hood to load is pretty good for my 6 years old laptop.

I will set a timer to determine how long I play (usually about an hour, a habit established when I had an old graphics card that ran hot), and to ensure an hour of gameplay, I set the timer for 64 minutes. That gets me past the opening movie, the load screen, and to the hood, usually. It takes a bit longer if I've cleared the cache files recently, or added a lot of cc. If I skip the opening movie, I can get another minute, minute and a half of gameplay.

15 - 20 seconds without CC

4 - 6 minutes with CC (just under 10 GB and around 40,000 files)

I have all EP's and SP's installed. Also, my game never crashes.

I have nearly 4.5 GB and it takes 10-15 minutes to load.
