Has someone made this? If so send me a link if not if you are a modder you should make this.
So I was sitting at my desk thinking about mods and just pondering ideas when i thought of a rob mod where you can rob stores and I thought "well it wouldn't work there's no one working counters except bars" then I thought "hey, in an expansion pack you can make stores! But if you want NPC owned stores you have to do it yourself and UUGH is that bad enough when you already have to make the next generation of children in the neighborhood so that people don't just die out in the game!" That's when I thought. "Has anyone made a mod for NPC's to have a chance randomly to buy a plot and build a business?"
