Default Fresh Start Challenge! *REQUIRES GTW*
Hey y'all!

I've got a challenge for you. It's a longer one and would be best fitted for e.g. simmers on YouTube. It does require Get To Work.
Similarly to the Asylum challenge, your household will consist of multiple sims, however you are only allowed to control your main sim.

The Story:
Following the death of your parents, [Your Sim] is left to care for their two mentally ill siblings, who are incapable of working. [Your sim] only has a very small house, which now needs to fit three sims. The goal of the challenge is to transform your tiny starter house into a big, functional house for everyone to comfortably live in, using NO money cheats. If [Your Sim] or one of your siblings dies, it's a Game Over.

The Sims
  • Both siblings are Young Adults
  • Both need to have the erratic and lazy traits
  • Your sim is an Adult
  • Your sim needs to choose a career from Get To Work and you must accompany them to work every day.

The Starter House
  • No Bigger Than 7x7
  • 3 Beds
  • 1 Love Seat
  • 1 Bathroom (Shower, Toilet, Sink, Mirror)
  • 1 Kitchen Counter
  • 1 Stove
  • 1 Fridge
  • 1 TV
  • 1 Small table
  • 3 Chairs
  • 1 Bookshelf
  • 1 Dresser
Everything in the house (including walls, windows and floors) has to be the cheapest option. All furniture must be in one single room (minus the bathroom). This starter room needs to STAY IN THE FINISHED HOUSE. You may put in new windows/doors, but they have to remain in their original spot. No additional windows are allowed, however doors needed to connect to other rooms may be put in. Walls and floors may also be changed, however the room may not be resized. It does not matter what this room turns into (entrance hall, bathroom, living room, etc.) in the finished house.

The finished house needs to have one bedroom for each person living in it. You may get married/have children during the challenge, however you will need to add an extra bedroom for every additional sim. This includes spouses, even though you share a bed, and babies/toddlers.

Bedroom/Bathroom
3 Bed/1.5* Bath
4 Bed/2 Bath
5 Bed/2.5 Bath
6 Bed/3 Bath

0.5 Bath = Small bathroom, only toilet and sink, no shower/bathtub.

Whew getting this posted took way too long, though it was partially my mistake.

Enjoy y'all! Let me know how you did!

Just finished this challenge on hard mode-It was very fun! Thank you for Posting it. I found it almost impossible to finish in until one week I took just under 3. I picked a bad hobby (gardening) because I thought it would help with her Scientist job. But it really didn't. I scored 196. I may keep playing and tally my score without the "finish in under 3 weeks" I think I can improve on my score that way.

I really really like your challenge. Can I ask why its neccessary to choose a GTW career? Is it okay to just pick any job and fast forward the game until the sim gets home again?
I just find the careers so laborious!
