What I didn't like about that Old Town neighborhood was, flattened terrain. Of course, flattened terrain is easier ro build something. But if you look into Sims 1 neighborhood, you will see the original terrain(at least 1~10 Sim Lane) is not completely flat(Though, is it possible to make correct terrain with SC4? I doubt). It is a good work, but I do not call it 'exact' replica.

Yep, I agree this is great, I added this hood to my megahood Along with the families. Not exactly as it was, though, first I played this hood for a while as a separate hood and then added their children to my megahood along with the Sim City hood.

This terrain is flat? Dammit. Because I'd have loved that. But when I needed to install Sim City into megahood I used someone else's terrain instead and kept these houses, and now I can't even remember all the reasons I did that. Either it was more compact or more expansive, something like that. And then I've had a lot of problems installing some lots because of it not being flat With flat terrain there'd be no issue at all!

The main reason I made the hood flat is to make it easy for players to move the lots around to fit there play style.

ADD: If you want the mountains back you can get this SC4 by Broomhilda3000 http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=404076 (This is the one I used but made flat.)
Make a new hood with it and then get Mootilda's Hood Replacer Program http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=279992
and replace the hood terrain with Broomhilda3000 SC4. (If you do this you may not be able to move the lots around.)

Make sure you make back-ups before you start just in case something goes wrong.
