Default Changing visual effect's speed
I've always thought that the lighthouse beam rotates too fast and I would really like the rotation speed to be slower, about half of the default speed. I dowloaded the TS3 VFX Tool and I can find the beam effect from the list. But here comes the problem; I have no idea what to do to it. I can't find any tutorial, either. Can anyone point me to the right direction or have an idea what to do?

Edit: It appears that I looking from the wrong place. New try then.
