My parent Sims won't do as I command with the toddlers and the toddlers won't do as I command. They just shrug their shoulders....WTH? Is there a list of broken mods or cc that might be causing this?

With the latest patch, most mods are likely broken. Have you gone through the Game Problem FAQ?
