Default WA facial hair enabled for elders
WA facial hair is only for adults -.- Are there any conversion for old men?

Here you go, it's a matter of changing some flags in S3PE, fortunately: http://simfileshare.net/download/143250/
You will need WA for these, as they are just the CASP entries.

Both facial hairs are enabled for teen-elder and almost all categories (except Plumbotwear), but the amBeardCHNMustacheLong one is disabled for Random.
